Bio

Gina Woodham started in the journalism field, at the age of 13, interviewing and
writing stories for a local newspaper. She continued writing for 5 years before
resurrecting her local school literary magazine for which she was awarded
the South Carolina Scholastic Press Association Journalist-of-the-Year. She
is a former creative writing scholar of South Carolina’s Governor’s School of
the Arts. During graduate school, she wrote advertising copy for the Bulldog
103.7 and corporate video scripts for 4th Dimension Productions.

After receiving her masters, Gina moved to Atlanta and assisted in public relations
with the Smyrna Community Center as an on-air personality for “Inside Smyrna.”
At the same time, she produced a local food show and assisted in the production
of other community programming.

Within one year, she began pursuing community service work as an executive
producer and host of a public access TV program called “It’s a Lifestyle.”
As the host, she interviews successful people about their careers and
backgrounds to inspire and motivate members of her audience with
similar aspirations. One of her favorite Bible verses states:

“ … we know that trouble produces endurance, endurance
brings God’s approval, and God’s approval brings hope.
His hope does not disappoint us … ” Romans 5:3-5.

“It’s a Lifestyle” airs weekly Atlanta and bi-
weekly in Manhattan. It also airs on the
Georgia Tech Campus. Soon it will debut
on CoLours TV, found in the top 100 markets,
including the Bahamas, serving 17 million
households through satellite and cable.

She is an active member of the Atlanta Press Club, Commerce Club,
the Buckhead Business Association, and the High Museum as well
as a regular subscriber of the Alliance Theatre.

A South Carolina native, Gina Woodham has a Bachelors degree in
English with a double minor in Business Administration and Drama
from Clemson University. She achieved her masters at the University
of Georgia in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Corporate
Communications.
